What are these?

I got them today and I have decided they are too big! I am going to sell them I think but I need to know what they are called. I am pretty sure they are mercer, but which one? The squiggles are brown. And this is a very very dark, almost dry denim looking jean. Absolutely beautiful. I am heartbroken.

I don't know this wash but I think the Mercer wash has blue stitching.

Yes I cannot find it anywhere. I love them. I was thinking of altering them to fit me. What do you guys think? 1.5 inches in the waist and maybe an inch all down the legs. Is it even possible? They look just like Nudies but they aren't!
