Yeah looks alot nicer in this pics unless you got an extroadinary pair from the bunch. Either way looks really good. Im kind of over the holey wash thing but the blue color is really nice.

that wash is fucking heinous. almost as bad as 88s, which i find it to be quite similar to. 71j is bordering on tackiness, but narrowly avoids it by using the light blue patches that blend into the denim and make the holes less obvious and more subtle. these are just awful and tacky.

as i said, 71j borders on tackiness but avoids it so its fine to wear occasionally. and that last pic i will freely admit is incredibly tacky, but also a year old and i wouldn't dream of wearing that now. nice try though.

i will ALWAYS love my thanaz 71j. they are probably my all-time fave diesels and likely will be for a long time. i'm quite attached to them, so much so that i have still never even washed them despite having worn them literally hundereds of times.

yeah i have only had thanaz 71j for a short time now and the pair i got isn't even that great an example of the 2006 71j wash but i love it to death. there really isn't anything like it.

I love my pair of Thanaz and Zathan 71j and they are in my favorite pairs. I do agree with you about the bullet holes even though when I had my Shazor 88s I didn't mind the bullet holes, but i do think they could have picked a better patching to put behind it. For this pair, I do love the blue, but I wonder what color the patching has behind it.

Don't like these. The holes seem lost/unwanted with this wash for some reason. I honestly think these are the fakest looking jeans Diesel has ever put out.
