elastic gore is totally out of place in the first pair...throw them off

second pair, not bad!

I've no clues on AS boots quality tho, but I think someone here got a pair, so could give a more accurate feedback

I dont have them. 2nd pair would cost like 150 euros. Do you think its worth it?

Gr. 43,5 Adidas BW 275 Bundeswehr Sportschuhe & Sneaker bei eBay.de: NATO-Shop (endet 30.05.10 19:09:09 MESZ)

german ebay is the place to watch! there are loads of them:
Original BW-Sportschuhe in Weiß bei eBay.de: Schuhe (endet 03.06.10 21:31:12 MESZ)

try to search for "bundeswehr hallenschuhe, bundeswehr turnschuhe, bundeswehr sportschuhe/sneaker etc."

Awesome, thanks. Any idea how the sizing runs?
they are nice Shumway. It hasnt be dior to looks nice!
I agree with Zden. i would actually prefer they weren't dior. i like margiela's version only because of their simplicity, but there is no way I spending over $200 on them. This is a great alternative. Thanks a lot mate!

what i found out so far for sizing: they use millimeter sizing, so you could just measure one of your good fitting shoes and use this for further experiments.

www.SURVIVAL.de | Größentabelle | |
at the very bottom of the page is a list telling you the conversion rate.

ps: where it says "schuhe"

Bundeswehr-Turnschuhe | Menslabel.de - Das Mode Forum für Männer post #11

I have a pair of german armys. They run very true to size.

ASOS Collection | ASOS Work Boots at ASOS Not perfect but doesnt look that bad live. Paid 65 euros and so far I've been happy.
Not bad looking, especially for that price. It could use a bit of distressing though, imo.

Mine is a bit beaten up though. I will definitely get a better pair some day.

You don't have to spend a lot $$ for quality. I think those are fine. They will look even better with time.
