honestly though, i can assure you they aren't as western looking as you may think they are. they are just a very normal-shaped boot. and if you have ever touched and handled a pair of carpe diem (or one of the very few other ultra-lux shoe brands of similar quality) you will knwo why they are so damn spectacular. very few people have the luxury of slipping their feet into $2500 worth of finely hand-crafted horse hide, and those who do should buy them fucking boots.

yeah, i saw the pair he is looking at and they are indeed about $700. and thats only because they are midget-sized (37eur). in a normal size a pair of those would easily go for $1200+ used.
