I can't seem to stop looking at handbags, i think it's replaced jeans which is BAD cus they're MORE expensive :X

I feel your pain... Except I don't even have money!

I keep looking at Catherine Malandrino, Bailey 44, and etc. All $300+ more than I can afford.

I TOTALLY know what you mean. Just over a year ago, I would have never thought about spending more than $100 on a purse. Then it started with a Bulga on sale...then a Kooba...then before you know it I bought a Balenciaga. It sneaks up on you! You start off thinking, "Oh this is only $100 more...if I sell this, I can put the money towards this...." etc etc. $1000 later you look around and have a crapload of purses you don't even remember buying!

My new obsession is shoes. DO NOT buy a pair of CLs. Even if you tell yourself you only need one that you can wear all day for work. I started off with one less than three months ago. I now have six pairs.

BTW...I love all the bags you chose up there! All the colors are gorgeous!!! Makes me want to...oh dear lord, keep me away from my pocketbook!

i want to go back to being a poor college student w/ no money cus I know i'd never spend that money if I didn't have a job :X

some speaker told us to just put away 10%, lol... I'm not quite sure if i'm even doing that, cus I do that with auto deposit... but then sometimes I use savings to pay bills :X

hey minika! i've still been lurking around...just my obsession for jeans has been transferred so i don't write as much. i still get to see your beautiful outfits everyday in the waywt thread though.

you have great taste in bags!! i love all the colors/styles you picked out.


as for saving....are you eligible to contribute to your job's 401k plan? if so, i would totally take advantage of that and try to max it out. i find that if it's taken out of your paycheck before you see it, you don't even notice it not being there. and then when you check your 401k balance it's like HOLY SHIT, i have so much saved!

Yep i put around 10% into my 401k currently so I do have money saved, but I figure it's "untouchable" until retirement which is like an ETERNITY away, lolz.

omg, i sooo know what you mean!
i totally blame my cousin for my spending, we have a love and hate relationship now =) jks t <3 you
first i get a kooba charlie, next thing you know im buying a gucci tote and looking at lvs and making my co-worker who is going to italy get stuff from gucci for me there at the flagship store ( im giving him my bonus and what ever else i save up =D)
and working at a bank does not help...low intrest rates
arg.

I was wondering where you guys have been!! I hadn't seen Gizmo or Sailor post forever!! I need to learn more about bags before I start really getting into them- or maybe not, since my jeans fetish is bad enough. I love all of those, Gizmo! So pretty!
