I think the difference between *Tee* and jskidder is that jskidder's 'rude' comments are opinions of what other people wear or choose to like. Sometimes it has a way of coming off as being fact or absolute (which I think all people will inherently believe to some degree because it's OUR thoughts) while *Tee*'s comments (some misunderstood, some downright rude to me) are directed more towards the person rather than the choice.
I don't like some of what jskidder wears but if a person feels comfortable in what they wear more power to them. I personally give comments on fit, length of shirts, etc based on what I find to be more aesthetically pleasing to the eyes and appropriate for the person's body shape, size. I don't really 'get' some people's look for practical everyday use, but if it works for them... cool. I don't know any of you guys here personally, so I don't know if this is how you act in reality when you aren't behind the comfort of a cable or DSL connection, but I try to respectfully disagree with other people and their opinions when I express my own thoughts.
So, in summary... jskidder attacks another person's choice or opinion while *Tee*'s comments tends give the appearance of attacking the person.
Attacking another person's ideas or concepts is what creates discussion and debate. Attacking a person is what creates slander and fights.
