I'd take Zeitgeist back over *Tee*. At least then we'd have some of the oldschool posters back like casey60622(f**king professional) and less of the completely worthless members who dominate now (although *Tee* and peteralexia being gone are a good fucking step.)

ON EDIT: Yes, he was helpful, and was great in PM. If we could just turn off his ability to post, and he can just help people via PM, great. If not, he made this place suck more, just like peter, mario, and NYC EXCLUSIVE SHOP.

^thanks for the full explanation cutup, that's what i was hoping for. i'll stop hitting back now since its now pretty much a debate about whether he was more helpful or hurtful. the only reason i saw this as different than the mario/dieselemployee/etc ban was that those members contributed nothing to HF and tee contributed a great deal.

I agree with CUTUP . In spite of the fact that I like tee, and will miss him on here, I don't think the mods ban randomly or with vendettas.

I didn't like him fighting with Lorna either, and I told him so. That doesn't have anything to do with me.

I like them both. I'll tell you, if you disown people because they do something you don't like, everyone would be very lonely.

He liked being here, and I think the Dana_Starr girl is a friend from school on his computer. That is just my opinion , and I am not in charge.

I have met so many great people on hf , I had lunch with a member just yesterday.

But even the people that I will probably never meet, I like knowing they are here, and that included Tee.

That's not the debate...I don't think there's really any debate

Rules are rules. If you break them, you have to suffer the consequences, no matter how "helpful" you may be to other members.

I haven't seen one female (or male) mod bashing Tee at all. In fact, Kelly and I both have stated that we didn't really pay much attention to him. Lorna of course had a bad experience with him, but she isn't bashing him either. Dave DOES have a say - if he was so against a ban, trust me, he would undo it in a second.

Hit back as much as you want dude, I cant blame you for sticking up for someone your going to miss, especially for someone you think helped you out so much

Sometimes the desisions we have to make arent as clear cut and easy to understand as one might like

i guess the disagreement is of rule enforcement then. i feel it was too selective, many feel it was fair. i also agree completely with begret's analysis. begret's pro.

Totally agree. While annoying to some, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Im sure there are plenty of people on the forum right now that arent liked by everyone, but that doesnt mean that they dont add character and usefulness to the community.

As far as the Lorna thing, I dont see whats wrong with his dislike of the jeans and voicing and opinion. Ive seen some pretty... honest replies given to other people about their jeans, and he was putting in his two cents. After this point, both parties openly joined into the fray and aided in the escalation of the situation.

(By the way, that first post by jskid on the 3rd page of the above mentioned thread is hilarious, I actually laughed when i was reading and got to that point )
