What should I do if paypal cant help in dispute?

Hi all,

I recently bought an item from ebay and the seller specifically state the item is a forever 21 tuni top but when i receive the item, the label was any thing other than what it state. I try to get refund but failed because seller insist it was from forever 21 shop and just happened that this top wasnt relabelled as he said the retail store usually do.

I raised a paypal dispute but I was asked to get authentic certification from the retail store with letter. Obviously this is not possible as no official retail store will do that for customer who do not buy from them. As such paypal say they will close my case and i cant get my refund eventhough i forward them the pic of the item i received which showed a different label from the listing.

What should i do next for i felt indignant and paypal cant protect the buyer as they claimed....

I'm actually in a similar situation at the moment. It's for a PRPS shirt and there is no retailer in the state. I don't have any other ideas...that actually have a decent chance of getting me a letter, that is. I'll post here if I figure anything out.

what does the tag in the shirt you got say?
have you tried to contact forever 21's corporate office? their email is communications@forever21.comand their customer service number is 1-800-966-1355.

forever 21 does have sister stores that are called twelve by twleve and heritage 1981. If the tag says any of those, than you have no reason to worry. When these items are bought online, they can be returned to a forever21, and they relabel it. It's all the same thing, it's just depending on where you live.
