paypal shipping error???

is anyone having trouble with paypal shipping today??? it keeps giving me this error every time i try to print a shipping label:

We are not able to generate your label at this time. Your PayPal account was not charged. Please try again later.

* PayPal Shipping is not available. We apologize for the inconvenience.

i have been trying for 5.5 hours now!!!

that is probably an error with the address. check to see if the first and last name is listed and if the other information looks correct.
