see I told you they'd stretch. Another couple of weeks and you'll need a belt

It looks like you're getting lap fades already. Keep wearing them!!

Yup you're getting some beginning honeycombs too. Wear them every day for a month or two and then post some new pix

They fit you perfectly, vickay! I'm wearing a belt with mine too these days...

yes... I do believe you are.

for a chick to be able to wear dry's for any amount of time and still have them look good, they have to start off tiny. no way should you have sized up on those. I love the fit and it will only get better as they form to your body over time. keep us posted!

No he isn't the only one. Once they stretch in the lap region you're going to have a little sag in the butt coupled with minor camel toe. Miz V, I don't have a personal vendetta against you but give it a couple months and you will understand what I mean.

I'm a big PBJ fan but unfortunately their cuts aren't the best, both my 005 and 007 project a horrible silhouette and have since been reduced for moto days. I'd sized down two and had I gone down one more (which was possible) I would've blown the crotch. I still love my PBJs though.

Try the xx-003 or the xx-009 cut vagabond - it's more of a traditional 501-ish cut and you wont have to size down so much

Mr. May, the issue with the slimmer jeans from PBJ is that their thigh to waist ratio isn't great. At first I thought I was the only with that faced this issue, then KKK mentioned the same and when a female complained of having a similar problem, I figured that most people who wear PBJs are skinny/slim, that is probably why I'd never heard of others citing this issue.

I don't have a problem in the AI's but the slimmer cuts from PBJ don't really accommodate for people who've got big thighs or booty.

Agreed. Thats why I went with 009

soooo much better without the flare! although now the skinny leg emphasizes how skin tight these are

maybe skin tight, but they look absolutely ace.
Hey I really like those with the alterations vicky! I know what you mean, the flare leg can look funny because of how tight these are in the legs. As I wear mine, the flare seems to become more pronounced. Idk why?

How much did you have them taken in? The leg opening looks perfect!

Good choice!

^No idea, I just told the lady to make them like my S&S (which were getting repaired at the same time). The leg opening is around 6.5" now
post #70 of 77
i like legs!
looks great!
Vicky those look awesome! Much better as skinnies
post #73 of 77
wow super skinny. Are they comfortable to walk in? Other than that, they are very flattering on you. The tailor did a great job. Love the slubby dark indigo style of the PBJ's.

thanks everyone, I really like them a lot more now!!

Hisma - yep they're fine to walk in, my only complaint is that it's too hot here to wear them! I'd never used this tailor for any major alterations before and I'm really impressed with the job she did on these. PBJ material is heaven!

looks good vicki
