received Work a day today. it is a good thing I sized up to a 30 because these fit much tighter than Jake aw11 17.5. I dont know if the people who didnt like this wash saw a bad pair or what but this wash is amazing. It is easily the best wash this season and it can be a future classic. Pics on LVR really dont do justice. Also, this wash is even better than Rack Rail. I LOVE this wash! This wash is a must buy for anyone who has discount code and is hesitant about pulling the trigger. These really are incredible.
I definitely think those look better than Rack Rail, just the right amount of dirty without going TOO far. That's my opinion anyway, nothing against Rack Rail.
Fit looks spot on too.

I got mine yesterday from LVR and my pair doesn't look like it has as much dirty detail as yours does. Mine definitely looks more plain. I wonder if I got a bad pair or something but I already ripped the tag off. BTW, also got Lifebrush and Oildrop. Oildrop isn't denim, more like a coated chino, it's not too bad. I've never seen any real pics of Lifebrush but I was pleasantly surprised with the wash. It's very similar to Fuel to the Fire, just the darker area is more consistent throughout the jean. Very nice IMO, I will try to post some pics later

Quick question - do the sharp notations fit about the same as the MIJ raws (both 19cm, and both black, if it makes any difference)?

good im very interested in seeing them! We have a "what dior are you wearing today" thread too. You can post your outfits there if you'd like
Can anyone tell me how is the fitting in Fuel to Fire F19cm? For instance my MIJ raws F19cm are size 29 and my Jakes SS12 F19cm are size 30. What size should I go for in Fuel to Fire F19cm?

get a size 30. I own a 29 in FTF. I own a 29 in SS12 Jake, I own 28 in MIJ raw. FTF is made in Japan so it fits a little different than the Jake. It has a rear rise similar to the Raws

Hi,
Could you please give measurements of your Work a Day jeans, Are they a size 30 ?
I want to buy this pair of jeans but I Hesitate with size 30 and 31
Many thanks
Really looking for a pair of UMCs for my next pair, but I can't find them anywhere! Any suggestions? Might just go for MIJ raws or Claws if I can't find 'em.

Yeah I will get those for you later on. What size do you wear in other pairs?
Msalonen, I cant wait to see them. Clawmarks are amazing depending on the year. Some, like mine and Marcus's are more contrasted. Others not so much.
What year(s) do you guys have for your claws?

marcus, here is the ref number for my Distress Oiled Dior Homme: 163d002ty003
measurements for size 30 "Work A Day" 17.5cm ss12 from LVR:
waist: 42.5cm (this number seems large but it fits smaller considering the low rise)
rise- 23cm
thigh: 28cm from the edge of the thigh to the edge of the fabric but if you just go from the edge of the thigh to the bottom of the front rise its 26.5cm across and if you measure only the front portion of the thigh (in other words if you dont include the excess material that hangs off from the rear when the item is laid flat) to the bottom of the front rise its 25cm. I dont know which way you measure so I gave you all three for the thigh. If you are unsure of what Im talking about just lay a pair of DIor Homme flat and reread this and you will understand what Im saying.
knee(measured 13inches down from bottom of rear rise): 19.5cm
inseam: 94cm
rear rise: 33.5cm
leg opening: 17cm

All right, I'm completely clueless about Dior Homme so I just wanted to ask a couple of things.
http://www.yoox.com/item/YOOX/DIOR+HOMME/dept/men/tskay/8B954900/rr/1/cod10/42248590CX/sts/sr_men80
Is it possible to tell what model these are exactly? I am somehow getting interested in trying DH after all.
Also, what size should I get considering that I'm a W32 in non-stretch Thavars (e.g. 886B)?
I have heard that DH generally runs smaller than Diesel so my guess would be 33 or 34...
But then again, it's actually hard to tell because it depends on the particular model...

Yoox quotes that it has a 7 inch leg opening making it about 17.78cm (according to google), do you know whether these are silver selvage jeans?
