yes that's my problem too. once i told myself that i should save some money and buy a better bag, i start to save money, then i go to LVR or AUC.jp. BOOM!! end up starting over and over again.

Haha.  I'm in the same boat, but took some time off from getting new washes and focused on my MIJ raw.  In the interim, I picked up a LV Taiga Leather bag (Vassili I think is the name).  The leather is fantastic but they run insanely expensive.

I'm starting to like the Burberry bags more and more, too.  Their Prorsum line has these all black ones, or maybe it's London, but they're MII and are top notch.

okay guys i need help. I'm intending to get 17.5 jakes from the SS 012 collection
so i went to try a size 31 17.5cm jakes from the boutique, and took note of the item code
apparently i went to google it,on some websites it stated it was from the SS 012 collection, but i tried to link it to the one they were selling on LVR and it's a totally different one. so right now i am concerned if it was from A/W 011-12 and will size 31 still fits me for the SS012 ones. this is the item code 163D007TX995. Size 31 fits me perfectly. just concerned that it differs from the one selling on LVR.

Man those jake UMC or whatever are just boring...When will they release some stunning washes like old UMC's 07/08/09....I want some stunning washes and all we got are some Jakes browner or greyer depending the season....

after wearing 17.5cm, the 19cm seems to baggy to me. thinking of offloading my mij 19cm w29....normally what's the resale value of diors...like knocking how much % off the purchase price?

what wash are you selling? Theres no standard % off the original price, they're dependent on the wash and popularity. From my experience the difference in 17.5cm and 19cm shouldnt make it baggy, the problem usually lies in sizing.

The general characteristics between the two is that 17.5cm is slimmer on the legs and looser on the waist. 19cm is less slim but tighter on the whole upper block + waist. Pros and cons on both. I personally like the 17.5 just cause i wanna have slimmer look but still comfortable on the waist (especially sitting down!).

the MIJ raws. not really baggy per sae on the thighs or the calves. It's just that the stacks seems toooo messy and like an accordion as compared to 17.5 which is tidier and has a smarter look with leather shoes.

it's like if i wear a fitting shirt, the 17.5 will look better as compared to the 19cm...both in sz 29

oh and the reason the other time i bought the 19cm was because i couldnt seem to fit into the 17.5 jakes then....however now i can thus venturing into the 17.5cm ...=)

Do you have the 17.5 raws? If so, did you size down the same?

i only have the 19cm raws in sz 29 and 17.5cm work a day in sz 29.

i can't fit in the 28.....29 is the smallest i can fit

Ahh.  I'm wearing my size 28 raws (19cm) now.  They stretched a ton in the waist, but no where else, really.  I wear 29 in all the washes (despite cut).

I'm skeptical I'll be able to do the 17.5 raws that are supposedly coming out, since the 19 cm raws when you size down have very tight calfs.  I don't know if i'll be able to get my feet through anything much smaller.

I dont understand. have you seen my 19cm raws? They are curved to my body and stack elegantly. Why do yours fit that way? You know you should go for the 28 and it eventually wouldve stretched out. Thats what I have.

i dont know. I just dont understand how your MIJ Raws could have sloppy stacks if you bought the correct size. They are so slim and well formed thats why I was wondering if you got the wrong size

It shud be close to impossible to put on with the raws at your first wear. thats how u know u're buying the right size for the right fit + stacking and all the good stuff

like i said before, 17.5cm and 19cm, the difference isnt so big that the stackings are off. its usually sizing problem. it cost me 3 pairs and about $2200 to know it

actually for my sz 29, it was hard to put it on. i had to take a deep breath and then slide into it. but now it has expanded. It' just that maybe I am too short? my height is only 1.7m...

nvm, my friend has encouraged me to keep it and taught me some methods to enhance the stacks
