For this weekend I'm heading down to San Francisco, and while I'm there I'm gonna check out newly opened Dior boutique, curious to see washes and store prices comparing to the online ones, and maybe will pick up something, which is probably. Oh and I received my super slenders, they are Mij and softest pair off jeans I had and super light too, very comfortable pair of jeans.

They look soft and fit well. Are you happy with them for the price?

I bought mine of Browns, it cost me 460 something which is almost 100 cheaper than LVR, LVR is overpriced, I love them already, great pair of jeans and I wanted something in black. Comparing to Super Slenders from LVR, mine are MIJ, with silver rivets instead of black ones on MII.

lvr = luisaviaroma? i dont see how they can be overpriced since they have the retail price, even lower some times :p

MIJ raw at browns = £260, THIS is overpriced :p

right and wrong. They charge US customers a lot more than Eurozone customers. For instance, Saddock bought a pair Jake 11's 17.5cm from LVR and proxied them to me. For shipping and everything combined I didnt pay more than $540 or something around there. If  I were to buy them from LVR myself and have them shipped to the US, the price from LVR would have been $651 (not sure if that includes shipping or not). Anyways you can always say they include import and customs taxes on their price but that doesnt apply to the US because there are no import/customs/duties on things we buy from overseas.

I'm a 31 in Dior and got jakes in 31. I hate how big they run and don't fit as nice. I regret getting them and thinking Bout buying a 30 for $430. However... I hate having to go thru the trouble of selling them. So how can I sell my jakes quick ? I don't usually sell my stuff so not much experience at that.

With the belt they are okay, held at waist And very comfy, but the legs aren't as slim. Jeanetic can probably relate. I can keep them in case I gain weight, not like I Use my jakes that often anyways. BUT you know we always want them to fit nicely NOW lol

What should I do? Btw thanks for sharing that washing the leaden sky can make them fit better! I'm waiting for the apc detergent to come before washing them.

Btw guys I tried this pair http://www.colette.fr/#/a/3/eshop/174/all/search/article/?q=Dior+homme+jeans&go=1 over at the boutique. It is amazing, something you can wear semi casual to casual to even fine dining. Highly recommended. I'm copping it soon. It's true to size does tstretch.

Weird thing is that the pair of jakes I got from LVR and proxied to Jeanetic fit bigger than the one I got in store...same story as I told, they were also some diferences in back rise and stuff altough they were both supposed to be 17,5cm but my "store" pair fits tighter and snugger than the one from LVR, that's for sure, and denim is also thicker on LVR pairs than store pairs... useless to say that both pairs were same size.

Speaking of LVR pricing, can we expect a discount code soon ?  I am going to get a pair of used black. They are a classic but they looked so great on that guy 20/30 pages back... icon_wink.gif

I didn't know Lanvin made denim by the way

http://www.colette.fr/#/eshop/article/30822475/lanvin-jean/554/

I still prefer the jakes , but that's interesting

DO ANYBODY HAVE JAKES SIZE 31 OR 32???  I WANT TO BUY ASAP!!

I've just realized LVR stocked some "jeans" in leather !

That is sick...

It's obviously hard to wear if you're not a rockstar or into certain sexual practices, but the worst part is the price.

Do you think they ever gonna sell them ? Even with a deep discount it sounds crazy to me.
