^ oh dang... he has tattoo all over his arms like you too yeah, that outfit pretty -1
post #303 of 6306
LOL wtf??
thats marc in head to toe rick owens, and he's making it look REAL bad. you may also notice that all of his tattoos are completely ridiculous. i especially hate the sponge bob one. why would a grown man cover himself in children's cartoons?
well, he used to be fat and homely....

he looks good in the latest GQ, but in that pic he looks like a backup drummer for a retarded pop-punk band like blink-182.

either way his tattoos are pretty dumb. i mean, i like M&Ms too, but not enough to get them tattooed on me...
Maybe those tattoos are fake..

I actually kinda knew him when he worked at Charivari. He wasn't a bad kid....remet him later when he was with Perry Ellis....again, treated me nicely
Looks like he's in great shape these daze

There are some in the Bluefly thread in this section, and one in the WAYWT but they're not very good pics...

I'll put up some new ones soon... I don't wear them as much as I'd like because they're so dark... I kinda want to soak them to get them lighter but it's probably too soon to.

That four pocket leather jacket, is that from Autumn/07. Does anyone know how much they went for? Hopefully they will release something similar this fall?
the 4-pocket jacket was released almost every season. i think it was close to $4K retail. its a hedi signature piece so i doubt we will see it from a kva collection.

and my sis told me that"if you don't like fashion, you can buy cheap clothes to wear everyday. And nobody cares about your outfit" but"if you do like fashion, you should never buy fakes."that's exactly what my younger sis said.

fakes call themselves the real thing.

and they're generally shitty quality.
seems like skilled tailoring if they can do so many styles.

sucks that the people cant get in personally for real measurements, or else thered be less reselling and much less reason to bash
post #325 of 6306
I don't understand all the hostility toward replicas. Fashion, like most art, is derivative. There is virtually nothing that hasn't been done before...at one time or another. What's so terrible about wearing copies and saving 70% or more? As long as you don't try to pass along the copy as real by branding it with the original's logo (or any original stamp), I see absolutely nothing wrong with it.

The quality argument is a joke. You're not buying a car, computer camera etc. We're talking about buying fashion clothing, which by definition, is buying planned obsolescence.

Please don't tell me that you're stealing $$ from the original designers because 99% of the people who buy replicas could never buy the original. You can't steal something that someone never had.

Anyone who insists on only buying "originals" is just interested in collecting l$#^&s............(that dirty 6 letter word)
