Does anyone know when the sale starts at the Dior store in LA,NYC and Vegas?

07 jake fit pics...too tight

I thought worse...
tbh, I don't dislike the fit!

at least, they don't look like that

^it may be the angles, but they just feel too much like girl jeans, doesn't fit my style. I mean, I could def see myself rockin them if I was a bad ass rockstar or something.

I need someone who has owned and worn jakes for a long time to tell me if these will permanently stretch like one size bigger. because right now it just feels like spandex.
^^haha, true that.

btw, jakes are not as blue as they look in pictures, it's a more faded dirty blue in person.
btw, what's the T?
fits you nicely on arms, I've always problems finding right fit on tees (noodles arms and too lazy to work out)
and seems like you don't have huge arms as well (or I'm wrong?)
^my biceps are about average size but my forearms are pretty thin (been slackin on the gym). the T is AA summer shirt and actually doesn't fit so great around the arms, it's just the angle. the sleeves actually point out a lot, but I think that can be fixed by washing them.

oh and I heard the new summer shirts fit like crap compared to the old ones.
^and that's saying much!!!!
seriously the best fitting t''s I've found so far are the old navy solid t's. the cotton is a bit thick for layering or for the summer, but the fit is awesome, speacially around the arms. only problem is they're not as long as the AA t's, which kinda sucks for tall people like me.

Well Jakes are just supertight what're ya gonna do. I think the model as such just doesn't fit your stlye. They look good though, but I totally see your point, I wouldn't be comfortable with that fit either. I've just come to acknowledge Jakes are not for me ...
I'd like to have the possibility to try them on to determine if they're for me or not...
but I'm inclined to say yes

I'm still interested in measurements to see how they fit compared to my Nightfalls haha
post #2638 of 5251
Look at all those vulturs ahaha circling around this poor darkknight xD
post #2639 of 5251
hehe

I'm not a vultur, I'm trying to make him keep this pair actually

... but that's because they're not my size lol
post #2640 of 5251
sell you jakes they are amazing jeans but they dont strech that much and they look too tight on you, i sold mine cuz i think you have to be tall( being taller than 5.7) and skinny( not having too much muscle mass) in order to pull of 17.5cm cut, imo. also sag more
post #2641 of 5251
^I'm about 6 feet tall and everyone tells me I'm skinny, although I do have muscular shoulders and chest. I'm sure I'd be able to pull off 17.5 at the correct size.

@sh0ebox: sorry I forgot all about you dude, but here are the measurements:

waist aligned: 15.75"
thigh(not an expert at measuring this): 9.5"
knee: 7"
hem: 6.5"

main problem is the tightness in the thighs. a size 28 thanaz typically measures over 10" in the thighs. and keep in mind that this pair isn't brand new, I think the seller said it was worn lightly about 2x. but you should get a 29 if you want a fit similar to your UMC.
Those measurements sound strikingly similar to my nightfall, except that my nightfalls have about a 0.5" smaller hem. The only thing about the nightfalls is that they are not nearly as spandexy feeling as my UMC are, so when I put them on they actually feel kinda tight, as well as looking kinda tight.

I think they they look tight to me also because they're solid black jeans, which naturally have a slimming effect.

I want to try those jakes on

...you should sell to me (at the price you paid)! hahaha
post #2643 of 5251
^yeah, UMC feel a lot spandexy as well, I would't have thought
post #2644 of 5251
Those jakes have actually a correct waist size for me but thigh are definetely too small.

Anyway, even if I would them, I couldn't afford them...with diesel you can always find good deals but with dior it's more, way more rare.
I'm a bit frustrated with diors xD...way too expensive.
^yea you'd be shocked at the insane offers I'm getting on sufu, people are crazy for these. I mean they're really really nice in person, but quality wise, doesn't feel anything special.

oh and for finding good deals, it's all about luck, a guy just sold a size 29 pair for under $400 not three days ago. I wanted to kick myself.
^^yep, and that's why they're so addictive and obsessing

but saddock, don't you have outlets in paris?
it' way easier to find good deals in them then on the net

crazy people...
just for curiosity, how much they offered?

Yeah and that's why I say it's rare. If you're not at the right place at the right moment, you're screwed. I was here when there was a sale of UMC 19cm on yoox...but only big sizes.
They were two more after (17,5cm) with smaller sizes and wasn't there, I was fuckin' mad. So yeah, it's basically luck or if it's not, it's because you spend 24h/24h refreshing the sales topic of 10 different forums every two minutes xD .

Evil --> And no, we don't have dior outlets in paris, maybe outlets with mixes of high end brand like you told me but if these stores exist in Pairs, I don't know them :/
In Paris you can find Diesel at almost every corner in some districts...
lol. they're offering about 75% profit from what I paid, so even with a discount it would be too much, specially for a fit that's less than perfect. but seriously, from looking at your nightfall pics, they look too uncomfortable and weird for a dude to wear, but your UMC is spot on. I would wait it out for a size 29 if I were you, it's not worth wasting your money for an uncertain fit.
Damn.

I really need to get around to taking pics of my nightfalls and actually trying to sell them lol.
