I got a great deal on the Thin Finn in organic Dry Ecru at Gilt Club. I was pretty happy with them but spending a good penny I was hoping I would get a great Nudie worn out look. but the crotch...
These jeans are one of my favorites, they are sort of western! I wear them when my boyfriend takes me country dancing. I will admit, they are one of the hottest jeans for any rodeo, country...
I love these jeans! I had wanted them for awhile, and decided to finally get them. The price is not bad at all considering the cost of most other premium brands. I loved the "moto" look of these...
Diesel jogg jeans are not exactly what Diesel tries to sell them as. Diesel tries to sell them as sweat pants that look like denim. The fact is they are denim that are soft like sweatpants....
Diesel really out did themselves this time. The Braddom is a regular straight leg fit that tapers down to a slimmer opening. The fit is very comfortable and the tapering really makes them...
I was thinking that the 21cm fit more like the Diesel Viker, and the 19cm was more like the Safado, which is what I compare the Slim Jim to. Is this way off? 19cm is not as slim as Diesel Thanaz, right?
The 21cm I have is more of a straight leg jean than anything I would consider "slim". I guess it has been said though that they can be worn slim with the right sizing..
no dior cut is like slim jim, and also no dior cut compares directly at all to any diesel cut. 19cm is slimmer and tapered. it is less slim at the very upper part of the thigh at the crotch compared to thanaz, but similarly slim through the rest of the thigh and knee. below the knee they are radically different because thanaz stays straight but 19cm tapers somewhat heavily. 21cm is less slim than 19cm and it is a straight leg, no taper. but beyond the leg the upper block of dior is much different than any diesel cut. i would say slim jim would be a cut somewhere between 19cm and 21cm if i had to compare.
I am going to stay firm and say that Slim Jim is more towards the 21cm cut. I agree that they don't fit the same, but if we compare both cuts to the straight leg Slim Jim, 19cm is tapered, and 21cm is straight.
^agreed it is MORE like 21cm, i just wanted to let the OP know that no matter which pair he gets it won't be the same. and also wanted to hopefully put an end to the "what diesel cut does it fit like" questions.
and if you are a 29 in diesel you will PROBABLY want a 30 in dior, but measure your jeans and compare. a 30 dior will measure 32" and stretch an inchb if they are tight and less if they are not. but the diors will be more narrow in the hips, so it depends on your body type. some people can get away with their diesel size, most cannot.
^thery sell both 19cm and 21cm. look at the measurements and you will know which is which. also diabro just makes up their own names for most of the jeans, so you need to be familiar with dior to know what you are looking ay sometimes.
do diors get severe knee bulges? the indigo pair specifically.
yes, they bulge a lot. like tsukasa said, it will happen with any slim fitting jean if it is snug in the knee. it is more severe than thanaz i think, mainly just because they are being worn daily rather than rotated with other pairs. also, if you are wearing them to work or class or someplce where you will be sitting a lot it will tend to be worse.
i picked up black mij 19cm today at the ny boutique. i stuck with my regular diesel waist, which i think fits pretty snug (i actually wouldn't want them to stretch much more than these).
pics:
^ my thighs look huge in this pic for some reason. they dont look like this in rl
^ look fat here too
and some stacking porn (there is actually more stacking, but i was laying down and it bunched around the knee)
