first pair from dior I've seen three years ago, I fell in love instantly, even if I still hadn't any experience or interest in the brand

um 1st time I bought 27 and not fit with me because too fat so I try to loose my weight and after loose weight from 58kg to 51kg so 27 not fit me and I find 26 for replace and plan to loose weight a bit for fit this pair
post #2379 of 5251
^I'm envious, because I think I'm never gonna pay that much for a pair of jeans...lol
post #2380 of 5251
Maybe after you went from 58kg to 51kg you should have thought about gaining back a couple kg to fit in the 27 instead of finding a 26 and now needing to lose MORE weight to fit in that. Because if you fit a 26 in Jakes you're likely way too skinny

Regardless, nice pickup. Though I am not entirely confident it's about weight as much as having the right build to wear jeans that skinny... but I digress.

does anyone know the tag/model number for the soulmate jeans?? thanks

Some 19cm black raw mij's pre-stretch:

Really really tight atm (so far, I'v slept in them and had a bike ride), hoping they will stretch at least ~1in. I'ma wear them (to stretch) for a week before I decide to keep/sell.

I want a slim / tight fit but looser than what they are right now. I'l post another picture in a week to see how they turn out

PS. Yea, I know converse suck :P CP's are on their way in the mail.
If they stretch out, pull em down lol

btw where did all the extra inseam go?

with lack of length and also how tight they are - they sort of just look like some april77 jeans
post #2387 of 5251
@ my original post: lol I ment prestretch (not poststretch) :P

Well, I'l post pics in a week and see how the fit is
post #2388 of 5251
agree, those look a tad too tight atm and difficult too sag
(they even look more like 17.5)

this + reduced inseam make fit a bit weird for a pair of diors

wait for stretch and post new pics, but even if you' re not a fan, you should really consider sagging them a bit
post #2389 of 5251
^^ Yea lol, as soon as I tried it, it looked a lot better :P

Worked out in them and planing to sleep in them tonight
post #2390 of 5251
dzondlo I think you def should wear those a litttleee bit lower, itll help with the seat area which from the picture looks really uncomfortable. Everything else should should stretch.

Heres the only proper recent relatively recent fit picture I have of it-

lol excuse the bathroom and ms paint shurt

Story of the missing hems:
They were orig 21 cm, and because of the massove leg opening, had to be hemmed, then I got them tapered. Never had a problem though, but I wore them with unducked shuuz. To reunite the hems, I could send you them Dave (:: I actually found them cleaning up my room lolol.
Yea that would be really cool Do you think a tailor could reattach without a seam? I think it'd be quite the job to taper & reattach the hems lol. I'v never heard of this being done before tho

~Dave
It could be reattached, but def there would be a seam. I think, the easier solution is to get yourself some boots ) and above, I meant untucked, not unducked what ever the hell that means.
I'll send them out Tuesday
Lol do you think the seam would affect stacking? If so, what are some boots I could look into for the jean-tucked-into boot look?
It will def have an effect on stacking, but maybe, you won't really see the seam because of the stacks... not sure. I need to correct myself tho, I actually only found one seam. I thought I found both of them. It's an extra 2.75"

I still still recommend these: N.D.C. MADE BY HAND Men - Footwear - Ankle boots N.D.C. MADE BY HAND on YOOX. I would be sad if you decided against them just for the slightly high price .

Alt: All Saints Cropped Military Boot

Alt 2: All Saints Volker Boot

Here's an incredibly shitty picture I found - not sure what happened I think it was shot without a flash and I tried to clean it up, but you get the idea of the length I had with boots (varvatos convertables)

The slimmer toe box of the NDC or first allsaints would def look better
post #2397 of 5251
Hmm, don't think I'l be able to cop for a long while. Just too short on monies :S Anywho the common project desert boots came in today.

^^ Dem' shooz look kinda funky in that picture.

The diors seem to be stretching nicely tho

Very nice wash!

Does anyone have experience with stretch factor on Dior raw silver selvadge? Maybe compared to standard MIJ raws.
Hi,
I need some experts here helping me identify this Dior jeans. I am sure it is some dirty version of Clawmark from A/W 03 "Luster", but have no idea what it is called. Please also let me know it is waxed or coated on this pairs.
