hoping to find a pair SS09 UMC at my local outlet for a decent price, when SS stuff will arrive

still not as good as 07 UMC (I'd never stop regretting for not having copped the pair I found for cheap...), but far better than 08 UMC imo

I could get away with the first one though a bit too much paint for my personal taste, but the second one is really hideous.

Btw. I dont get LVRs sales policy. They have stuff from two and even three seasons ago, still at (almost) full retail. A lot of their stuff listed under Winter09 sale is still at retail as well. Other really old stuff is listed as current SS10.

but god, those scars
and the fact that they are all aligned make the wash so unnatural

Nope, sun kissed were FW08, these are like "Made in the Shadow" I'd guess. Just a standard slightly distressed dark blue wash.

The fit is fine but the wash is gross imo

Do you guys know if there is any difference between MIJ raw denim from Spring/Summer season and Fall/Winter season? (such as thickness, etc)

yeah I think those prices they go for are really exaggerate
plus, they pop up quite often (at least in 19cm), so they seem not that rare

I'd really like to have a pair, but I'm never gonna spend such amount on a pair of jeans, so probably I'd never have a pair haha

And evil sushi: they're not only hard to find, but impossible, at least in size 28. The 07 version even more so. 09 pops up a lot, but those are not nearly as good as 08 and 07.

I'm gonna have to say I agree with sushi... '07 is far and away the best. '09 comes in 2nd, and '08 is my least fave.

I don't think jakes are for you. Those are very unflattering. IMO, you need to have a pretty slim build to pull them off.

not sure about the fit as well, angle could be misleading tho
