ive been wearing the selvage indigos for a little over 3 months now. there is only minor details forming. i believe you will get slower results with them since they're so damn light. nice dark color though vs the normal indigo

^the selvedge ones are called 'silver selvedge' jeans. they are indeed raw, but they are not just a selvage version of the regular mij jeans. they are a different model altogether and made from a completely different denim. they are much more lightweight denim and a slightly different shade of blue. they are still making them currently and they have them at luisa via roma and at the dior boutiques unless they are out of stock at the moment.

they fit terribly in the lap area on that guy....and the rise looks messed up....maybe cuz it's not a full body shot

*EDIT* maybe it's just the way the lighter weight denim lies (lays?)

i would assume that people here would know better than to judge fit in any way based on webshop models, as they are rarely sized or styled properly.
