More Raw Dior Pics! (19cm MIJ & 17.5cm Sheer in Grey)

just got 2 more pairs of raw diors in the mail today. here are some fit pics of 19cm mij in size 27:

and here are some pics of the 17.5cm sheer in grey size 27. these are the same ones i posted on previously in blue. the color of grey on these is insane, and i actually like this pair much more than my blue ones:

for comparison, this is one of the shots from before of the 17.5cm sheer in blue size 27:

i definitely prefer the fit of the 17.5cm cut, but they are far from an everyday jean. they are very skinny and they just feel a little nicer/dressier, perfect for going out in but i feel a bit odd running to target or to grab a coffee in them. the 19cm will fit the bill quite nicely for daily wear though, and i can beat the fuck out of them and enjoy the fade without worrying about it so much.

Yeah for sure, its not the most flexible pair but it looks damn good

lookin' good man. Not a fan of the raw blacks?

^i like the raw blacks, i just really wanted the grey ones. and given that i like the fit of 17.5cm a little better, it was an easy call to snag the grey. if i go for a black dior in the near future though, i may pass on the raw black 19cm and go with the solid black 17.5cm super slender instead which is not raw.

Those look great James! What boots are you wearing in the first pics?

those are the old ted baker friggs i wear all the time. pretty much my beater shoes that i don't mind beating up for daily wear. they look nicer in the pics because they have been freshly cleaned with saddle soap, conditioned with mink oil, and polished. they were borderline trash before i revived them due to an excess of salt and water stains that i had neglected for over a month. they came back pretty nicely, though.

I like the jeans. Im in the same boat though when it comes to being able to rock these everyday..

In comparison the flathead 3001/F310 vs the F380..

(although neither of them are nearly as skinny as these Dior)

I really like the first pair ! I think i would dare it, too....

I luv the denim, the fit + the stacking !

Is there a way to purchase them online ?

^places to buy online:

Designer Handbags, Clothes, Designer Shoes and Louis Vuitton at eLUXURY (very limited selection right now)
DIABRO.NET -^-^- Import Brand Shop -^-^- DOLCE AND GABBANA, BALENCIAGA, DIOR HOMME, BVLGARI ...
luisaviaroma.com ::: home page :::

luisa via roma has the widest selection, and would be best for you since it is located in europe so you would save on shipping and customs fees. just make sure you go with the made in japan versions if you get a pair of raw dior, they are superior in quality to the made in italy version. and be sure to check the descriptions thoroughly, as there aren't many set style names and sites tend to just come up with their own. for instance, lvr calls the mij verson brut and the mii version nostalgy brut, though other sites may use other terms. good luck!

Kind of funny how the reaction here is so much different. Anyways, I will agree that it is too tight right now, but how they fit post stretch is a different story. Post pictures of the post stretch fit later on!

believe me, i know it is too tight right now. but the other pair of 17.5cm i got has already stretched like mad after only 2 dozen wears or so. i mean, i can button them when brand new with no trouble at all, so i know they aren't too small considering most people can't even get the clasp done when they first get them. anyway, i know they will be just fine in about a week so i'm not even worried. if anything i think the 19cm may become too loose if they give much in the thigh...
I usually find jeans don't stretch too much in the thigh (mostly only higher stress areas like the waist and knee), so if they are tight now, it will still be pretty tight. What will happen though is that the waist will stretch out and they will fall lower on the leg, so it will be looser.

here is the picture of my butt you wanted lol. this was taken this evening after a very long day of wear at the auto show. it crazy how much they stretched in the waist/hip/ass area after just one full day of wear, though i did do a decent deal of walking and sweating in them...

damn those look good i wish they made them for women

Hey James, how's the stretching coming along on the sheers? I just got a pair of Sharp notation 19cm in the mail. They fit similar to your sheers in the pic...im hoping they stretch quick so i can wear em out lol.

the sheers stretch out after just a few wears. not sure about the sharp notations though, i would imagine they would take longer to stretch due to the wax coating. the 19cm mij actually stretches faster than the sheers imo, probably because the sheers have some stretch to help keep their shape better.
Is the stretching mainly in the waist/knee? Anything moving in the thigh? Thanks again/
