Customs problem with Yoox...

My order came from the Italian warehouse and was scheduled for the 11th (ordered on the 2nd) I log in today and read this on my tracking...

Exception
See description below

ADDITIONAL CLEARING AGENCY INFORMATION OR DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED FOR CLEARANCE

then 3 hours later...

ADDITIONAL CLEARING AGENCY INFORMATION OR DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED FOR CLEARANCE / BROKERAGE RELEASED SHIPMENT. SHIPMENT IS SUBMITTED TO CLEARING AGENCY FOR FURTHER CLEARANCE

Should I call yoox again or are they on top of it???

now it's scheduled for redelivery N/A... This sucks... and blows at the same time...

Anyone experience this?

update: I called UPS who said they have no contact info for the shipper and told me to straighten it out. I called Yoox again and the lady said she sent the Italian Warehouse a notice about this but because of the time difference nobody will straighten it out until Monday.

yes happened to me a few times, you don't need to do anything. Mine still came on scheduled date and I didn't have to do anything

thanks, I have always had NJ shipping on my previous few orders. Did you have to pay anything additional due to customs?

No, I'm pretty sure they are like ssense, where customs taxes are already incorporated into their prices

I upped it to 6. Even still, if those sizes are in stock at the Italian warehouse, that's where it's coming from, 1 pair or 10.

BTW, on a related note - yoox will never indicate a lower price in order for object to go successfully through EU customs, right? This is not cool at all, makes you pay extra taxes and slows down the process.vans.php
