Has Rock and Republic finally trounced Seven and should be moved up in our forum list, or is seven a classic brand that is holding its own.

I didn't even know they were in "order" of who trounces who... I love R&R but I would keep it where it is because...

1. It will save you time from whatever it is you do to move it up.

2. I will burn an extra 0.001 calories moving my arrow a few cm down the page...

Does it really make a difference where it sits on the list??? I just assume people just click on the section that they are interested in.

I am not particularly a fan of R&R, but it honestly makes NO difference to me whatsoever. So long as you aren't eliminating a section!!!

Not true. When a person searches for 'gay xxx porn' in google, the almost always click one of the first few links that come up, they dont go scrolling down the page or even worse on the next 100 pages of results.

Instead of sitting here and trying to analyze which brand is more "popular" why don't you just order the forums according to post count? You can reassess it each year or as needed.

^ That's different, that's search results. We are talkin about a front page here.

I don't think it matters what order it is in and asking it every 2-3-4 months isn't going to change things a whole lot and if you have to ask it ever couple of months then I guess a person doesn't really know that much about denim in the first place right?

So, what really is the point? HonestForum isn't in the business of SELLING denim right? AFAIK It's a community to discuss denim and other fashion related topics and to help people from being screwed over on purchases and to facilitate the sale of denim and other authentic merchandise ON this site by private individuals and those that have stores, small shops of their own. Popularity of a particular brand and the order of popularity should hardly matter to current users or new users. It doesn't do anything for anyone really. Just a useless conversation thread IMO.
