for anybody with nudies....does the indigo rub off alot on your shoes? will I have to buy some black shoes or dark colored kicks?

You can prevent the bleeding of jeans by cuffing them up at the bottom, but It wont bleed much anyway. Just try not to wear white shoes maybe?

I haven't noticed but I would try to avoid wearing white/light shoes just to be safe.

just put some tape on the inside and it should prevent any bleeding onto your shoes.

Im wearing them with high charcoal chucks, just to be safe.

The only time I got indigo bleed was when i stepped into a puddle of water

Btw anyone knows good, cheap sneakers that'll go with slim jeans? Chuck taylors are the first go-to pair but i'm on the lookout for another. Dunks or superstars will just look very strange. I'm thinking a pair of rod lavers?

Slips ons, low cut shoes ie purcells chucks blah blah

You washed them too soon, they look ok, but could have been better.

I'm aware of the "rules." These turned out just fine for my tastes. Also they got booted on, so they had to be washed immediately.

How much wear did you put in a day? And how many days a week?

looking pretty good there
7 days a week, walked all over Manhattan in them. Walked at least an hour or two day in them.
Nice, i'm trying to get as much wear as possible on my raw denims without doing strange things like biking in nut huggers.
shwanger, the nudies are fine. raw denim should be super tight when you first wear them.
Samm, it looks like you should have waited longer to wash them. The 6 month rule applies when you are wearing them 5-7 days a week.

Nudie RegRalf DS at 4.5 months. I wear them a lot, but not everday. They don't let high school teachers wear the same pair of jeans day after day...
