hm.. ive been reading this thread for a while now, and i think i want a pair of dry jeans, but being in high school im kindof low on cash. plus.. im saving up for true religions.

any suggestions for well-priced (around 100 or less) denim that fits and fades well? i was looking at the levis site, and they have bootcut rinsed 517s for really cheap, but if they were rinsed... does that mean they wont fade as well?

I have one wash 517's that I got before I bought more dry denim. They didny really fade that well. I'd say go for Levis 501 STF's If you wnna experiment with dry denim

oh, another thing. what about sizing. if i get stf jeans, should i just add two to both waist size and inseam? i wear a 30/31x31/32, i was thinking maybe a 32x34 to accomodate shrinkage and honeycombing... any thoughts?

bearable or not, if you could button up the FGs all the way or to one button left, they wouldve stretched to a perfect fit.

Yea, I first saw it about 2-3 weeks ago. It's minimal, but visible around the edges, like around the pockets. Creases, wrinkles, and whiskers are starting to settle in well and you can see a little bit of fading. I really like wearing my rrds alot the more I wear them, if that makes sense (they are forming nicely and the waist sits really comfortable, although quite loose). I think I coulda gone down a size, but they still fit great

Wow you spend $265 dollars on a pair that didn't fit, and then your gonna buy another one. Dang! And I think the Flare Glenn is gone forever.

6 months and one wash. they look a lot better in person and when worn but im still kinda dissapointed in them. whatever, ill wear em out more before the second wash and start a new pair that will hopefully look better.
