Those pictures were terrible. Here are better ones after the 2nd wash. Nearly 11 months. Fit is crap because they just came out of the washer/dryer and shrank by 2 inches (granted, as expected). I don't like nuthuggers, so it's fortunate that they'll stretch back out in a day or two.

My Diesel Koolter 8Y9

Front

Back

And...some details of it...

I draw a head of Chuck Norris on left-back pack,

And the head of Bruce Lee on right side.

Before painting...

Little dots bleaching...

After a few hours DIY...

This is it...

Front & Back

With Turbo Denim Paper Card

No GangnanStyle...

to commemorate National Team of Italy through FIFA World Cap 2002.

Natural used.

The Black...is charcoal coating.

That button belt (DIY cinch back) is made by TurboDenim as well, couse it's a real used Tepphar 8Y9's their belt & main button.

That second hand Tepphar 8Y9 is bought by me just for reusing to cut & patch on my Koolter 8Y9.

In Feb 2012, when I started wearing it...sometimes outdoor...

When it's approx. 290 days

Sometimes in RedWing 877 for keeping creases on the bottom of trousers legs

When it's approx. 360 days...just before the 4th time 60 ° C hot water washing.

Next to Koolter 8Y9 is a TurboDenim pants as well...it's a infrequently used Thavar 8Y9.

After washing...

I did the last DIY...

It includes mending, patching and drawing two martial arts movie stars' head on back packs.

Then sprayed some Dulux emulsions...possibly leting yellows on pants' fading side, whites on dark blue side.

And I coated Filson Original Oil Finish Wax on pants then ironed them for letting the contrast obvious, additionally waterproofing.

I tried draw deep black on pants' dark subside by charcoal pencil for imitating fossil fuel dust through long time air contamination.

After charcoal drawing, I washed them by real diesel bought from petrol stations.

That's for fixing the charcoal.

When the DIY Completed, what the joyful am I ...

Really, really wild with joy...Even getting crazy!

2013 is Chinese water snake year.

I wore it listening to the music in earphone shop.

Indoor...

Outdoor...

Thanx for watching this thread.

Thanks for viewing.

I'm competing in the World Heavyweight Denim Championships, Round 2, with a pair of 19oz pre-soak (more like 21oz post-soak) Samurai 710s.  It officially started in April, but we were allowed up to a month of wear before hand.  I got my one month early plus 3 1/2 months during the contest, so here they are at 4 1/2 months.  They seem to be fading pretty darn fast, I guess mostly because I wear them everyday and do a lot in them.

Update.  They've done a lot in the last month and have worn in significantly just since my last post.  Just 5 1/2 months down out of 2 years so far, so these are going to be completely insane by the finish:
