For those not closely following my drama, I bought some begonia A pockets the other day and when they arrived the hems were grossly worn.
The seller did not mention that in her auction. So I emailed her and politely requested a $15 refund in order to hem them again. This is the response I got from her.
"Hi Heather- the bottoms of the jeans are not from wear and tear but original hem... as sold in store. I indicated that in the auction."
Sooo I just wrote this to her in response. I'm so irritated.
"Hi,
Yes you DO indicate that original hems were reattached but you DO NOT indicate the extremely poor condition that they are in. If that is truly how they were purchased at the store then they were damaged badly and then returned. I am very familiar with Seven for all Mankind and the Begonia A pockets should NOT have hems like that. I can obtain a written letter from a Seven for All Mankind representative if need be, to support that fact.
I would not have purched these jeans at that price had I known that they would have to be rehemmed. I feel that the jeans were misrepresented, even if unintentional. I am asking once again for a partial refund of $15 dollars in order to settle this matter.
Thank you,
Heather"
So what do you gals think? I'll keep you posted of course.
