Diesel Denim+Diesel Shoes="Diesel Exposure"

Found these on the Journey's (shoe store) website:

Journeys Shoes: Mens Diesel Exposure Low - Navy

A pretty standard type of shoe, but made with Diesel denim. Even includes some neat details like a "side pocket" with the trademark stitch.

I'm pretty tempted to buy these. Opinions?

IMO people will get sick of looking at that Diesel strip if they start incorporating it into shoes, hats, etc.

The strip should stay with denim.

those are terrible
only if it's raw denim do they have potential

Waiting for it in 71J

i think those are sweet... only problem is theyd look retarded with jeans on so there kindove pointless... i was hoping for the grey color to come out in the high tops and id steal them up ASAP as a bunch of my friends work at journeys...

I bought a few pairs of the old style with the square toe. I wear those a lot. I got them in different colors.

^haha damn, I have a pair and I regret dropping $100 on them at Journeys back in the day...literally wore them 3-4 times and the soles are ground down...shittiest quality shoes ever...and the stub toes look so awkward I totally should have bought diff shoes...

I bought them for like $60 each.

My first pair lasted over a year. I don't do sports in them or anything.

They are made in china but they are good. I don't like their new shoes. That's just me I guess.

Okay, I'm really glad I got a couple of extra opinions before dropping 90 bucks for these.

Yeah, that's true actually. I'm really just looking for a pair of shoes to throw on to wear casually to class and stuff with a pair of jeans. But now that I'm thinking about it these pairs probably aren't as versatile as I originally thought.

What do you guys think about these instead:

As a casual jean shoe?

are you going to wear them with diesel jeans? Those Diesel Ganoe you posted look a little better, but I am typically not a fan of shoes with branding in more than one place (back and side). There are a lot of other brands that look great with diesels that are probably less expensive.

Add to that, some 71J underwear and perhaps a 71J wallet and umbrella. You're stylin' Bob!

Those shoes are really terrible. It's like a violation of the Diesel strip.
omg what kind of fuggery...those are pretty hideous.
and i always thought my diesel strip cap was ironically tacky..but this, just tacky.

what makes beautiful to this one is that its kinda unique and its suits to all jeans you want to wear!

Fashion advice from the guy with the beard, in the wool hat and glasses. I'm ordering a pair right now!
