if you can fit into a brand new 26 waist thanaz and still have room on the waist and a lil bit of room on the thighs are you like TOO skinny? (unhealthy?) i never thought i was really skinny when i was looking at myself in the mirror. i went to buy a thanaz 8gz couple of days ago with a friend and he told me how skinny i was. i knew i was skinny but like close to normal size.... is anyone elese here like me? should i gain some weighT?!

Are you healthy?

ie do you eat a variety of healthy foods and get checked up at the doctors on a frequent basis?

Do you get sick often?

Have you always been very skinny?

If he/she says your healthy( and you have always been this way), then dont worry about it

On the other hand if you want to bulk up/work out because YOU want to, drop me a pm and I can help you out..

calculate your BMI...just google 'BMI calculator'

it depends on height as well just stating weight or waist size doesn't mean anything...
like uprising said calculate your bmi, that's generally how dr's calculate if your underweight or overweight.

ok im 5 7. 119. i just got a BMI of 18.6... 18.5 or under is considered underweight. so im NORMAL by 0.1 lol. wow. and yes im healthy ive never had any serious illness. ive been skinny when i was a kid but was a bit heavy up until like sophomore year of high school. after that point i began losing weight. omgggggg i should really gain some WEIGHT. but if i do i wont fit into my 26/27s anymore BOO.

How did you start loosing weight?

Peoples metabolisms slow down as they get older, so I am guessing the weight loss had to do with you doing sports or a serious change in your eating habits?

Partying a bit too hard...

Some people are naturally very skinny. Some even 'look' anorexic, but are naturally small framed.. Dont panic, im sure you'd know if you were serverely underweight. You would have symptoms all over the place..

I have an expensive e-book that i bought off the net that helps skinny people gain weight and gain muscle mass!

I wouldn't worry, you sound pretty healthy. Maybe you just have a really kickin' metabolism. I have a girlfriend that seriously looks like she's anorexic but she pigs out more than I do -- it's to the point where's she's so self concious of how skinny she is that no matter what she does, she can't bulk up.

That said, be glad you're naturally skinny and not overweight, because well, you'll fit in clothes a lot about.
