Zee, stand your ground. There are lots of shady buyers on ebay who take advantage of sellers with 100% positive feedback. I'm also currently dealing with a CRAZED buyer and going through a paypal dispute which I've escalated to a claim.
I would stop communicating with the LOONY and let her file a claim and have paypal decide the outcome. You will win hands down!
