My favorite protein shake is white and creamy. My gay roommate administers them to me on a daily basis. It's kinda bitter, but it gets the job done.

^ I'm half Italian myself and I know that certain women of certain Mediterranean backgrounds can be somewhat difficult ^_^ lucky for us Mediterranean’s we’re quite sexy so that makes up for all the bullshit hehhee

^ then you need a better quality powder. I can't believe how smooth they can be, and really yummy. Almost like a dessert.

those two dont really mix well together


you maybe need low fat milk to bind all the ingredients

or put some crushed ice...colder it is ,the better the taste
