Louis Vuitton and other purse cleaning?

What are the how toos?

I have read allot of stuff about "apple guard" so I bought some. I just bought my Louis vuitton cabas piano "Pictures to come shortly" and I mistakenly took it out with me before "treating it" and it got a tad dirty a few tiny black spots in both corners and a tiny scuff mark. I read that you can wipe your face with your finger and the oil that comes off you can gently run along the scratch and that should buff it out, I'm really upset it's like teeny tiny but noticeable. So I read about this apple guard and apple guard cleaner and conditioner stuff in the purse forums, but I'm scared to use it. Im not really sure what I am supposed to do? So now my purse is just sitting in the dust bad awaiting the cleaner.

Also does anyone know?
-Will the black spots come off with a cleaner or should I take it to have it professionally cleaned?
-With the apple guard how does that work with patina will it effect it?
-With the apple guard an I now safe to be in the rain without having to freak out, is it ever safe to get the purse even slightly wet "like after the patina has set in"?
-Should I put the conditioner on the monogram canvas now or wait 6 months to a year?
-What about baby wipes without oil in them, can they be used to remove the tiny black spots or do you have to wait for patina to set in?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
