OH, I remember that RED FENDI!!! Good that no one bought another fake from him!

I shipped back the FAKE LV to him... hope this is the end of the battle.

But ricefairy still needs to fight for her money..... Good luck to her!

I am glad that you got your money back and I hope Ricefairy can get refunded too. I was also looking at that red fendi bag but stayed away cause of the lack of photos and shadyness.

I've given tnn79 until the end of this week to refund me but I haven't heard from him since my last email from the other night. Will let you guys know if anything new happens.

Well, he did refund me but only for what I paid + PP fees. He still wants the wallet shipped back to him (to an unconfirmed address) but express intl. courier is the only trackable option and that's over $40AUD. Should I demand that he reimburse me for trackable shipping, or refund his Paypal payment and get him to send money something like Western Union so he can't do a chargeback on me?

sounds sketchy. you all should get a full refund. i don't understand why he's not doing that. he's the one that sold fake goods and you are getting penalized for it WTF

Maybe bidpay or googlecheckout?
I would ask for shipping reimbursement too.

This is one of our requirements if a fake is sold in the mall.

Obviously he has little problem with selling fakes in the first place. You'd be asking for it to ship to an unconfirmed address and risk a chargeback. He knows he's been caught now so any risks you take could leave you with a permanent loss, IMO.

^ lol I'm actually considering that! JK (sorta..)! I will refund his PP payment and ask for him to send it again with a confirmed address or thru a friend's Google Checkout. Let's see how this goes.

tnn79 said he got the FAKE LV that I sent back, and this should solve the issue.

I guess I can cancel the cc chargeback now.
