I need female coat recommendation!

I am looking for a nice, thick, durable winter coat for my girlfriend.
She's kinda petite therefore I want to avoid dark color (black, chocolate, brown, dark gray...etc). My idea color tone would be plain light gray, herringbone, or tweed but I'm definitely open to other suggestions as well.

And if you guys happen to see some great coat in dark colors, I may be interested too (but it needs to be GOOD).

Budget: no limit (prefer staying below 1500)

My g/f is slim and picked up this really really hawt peacoat type thing at G-Star. It's dark forest green and EXTREMELY flattering. <3<3.

I have no pics. I have failed.

my favv coat brands are
g-star (idk about thicker coats, but i like their lighter ones...i have a trench from there, and i absolutely love it.)

What kind of coat are you interested in?
1/2 or 3/4 length?
Single or double breasted?
I am guessing you want something thick like wool and not a down filled one right?

I am thinking more like trench-coatish length (below hip, above knee).
Sinlge/ double breasted doesn't really matter and yes, I'm looking for something wool or cashmere.

That trench coat is very cute but I bought her a Chole one couple years ago.
As for sweetness, I'm trying to do my best.

the MBMJ one is nice indeed. Wish they came in other colors.

If I still cannot find the perfect coat within two weeks, I may just buy her a relatively cheap coat (around 600) and a pair of diesel clush.

Since you're willing to spend whatever it takes to make her happy, why not take her on a day trip to the closest/nicest dept store and let her try on and choose? That would be romantical and I'm sure she'd appreciate the time AND present.
