Please help me find this skirt :)

I was channel surfing Sunday night and caught 10 seconds of a girl wearing a really cute skirt. The skirt was super high waisted, right below the boobies, then it was pretty flowy (is that a word?,lol) and knee length. Basically, it was like an empire waist baby doll dress without the top half. Does that make any sense at all? I'm on a mission to find something like it, but I've been scouring the internet for hours without any luck. If anyone has seen anything like it I will you forever!

I really iked it too, i thought it could have been a dress though? I looked on the CW's website and it looks like they have a GG 'style' but it only has the first 2 episodes on it. Maybe keep checking it to see if they put this last episode on?

to me, it kinda looks like one of those catholic school girl uniform pleated skirts on top of the top
