First Class Mail International USPS - How long does it take?

Hi guys,

Ok so I have bought a diesel on ebay DIESEL SKINNY DARK BLUE JEANS, "CLUSH" Size: 29W, 32L en vente sur eBay.fr (fin le 28-Sep-07 02:16:38 Paris) and paid 25$ for shipping. (expensive if you ask me, especially for that service !)
It's been 11 days and still no news from the package, I have mailed the seller twice but he is not returning any of my mails...

So how much take normally First class mail? I am living in Paris, France...

normally first class mail takes longer than priority or express mail,but my experience is that it is very fast to europe,sometimes faster than the other services...got most of the packages by first class mail in less than one week..

Most times it takes 2 weeks or so, and you definitely overpaid for first class international.
That service is only $15 at the most in my experience.

Ouh yeah I know that, that's a steal !

Pocahontas, it took only a week ?? 11 days that I am waiting for

Normally I use to take airmail and it takes 7 to 10 days. Expess mail is 5-7 days.

11 days are you including the weekend? or has it been 11 business days?
11 days really isnt a long enough time you have to keep in mind that it has to get through customs and sometimes they hold up packages for days and that can cause delays.

Yeah, the time is not including customs. A lot of time a first class mail package can be held for a month or more. that's why I ship express...

Argggggg, is that the same than airmail? Because airmail takes like 8 days but the guy is in california so that can be really long. Actually I am including week end. I purchased this jean on 27 september.

The last time it took 2 weeks, the jean has been stolen... That's why I ask.

Ok so I have finally received the jean, actually it has been sent on october 3, 6 days after I paid ! It took only 6 days. The shipping cost was only 13.60, I paid 25$ and the seller never reply to any of my mail...

I don't recommend this seller ! Even if the jean was like you.

Oh and finally the jean is not stretch at all ! It's even larger than my clush 8gc.

People like you are the reason sellers on ebay charge so much for shipping because they have to deal with you being impatient. It's bullshit you will get it when you get it.

Another thing there is a number below the shipping cost and that says how many days it will be before it is shipped its called handling time and it doesnt start till after you pay.

except the 1-2 weeks which is logically acceptable to be late,i think it depends much on the traffic,am always nervous when my items r late as well =s i think if u had money and u had another choise like express u should have chosen that1..

I sent very important documents with first class mail. It was 3 weeks ago. Until now I have no news what happened with my package and where is it now:(
