That's an interesting article. MBK sells tons of fake everything. When I was in Bangkok, I'd get my girlfriend's jeans euro-hemmed at a store there that sold fake jeans. They did an excellent job I always see foreigners as well as locals wearing fake designer clothing. Its like the norm over there.

I love how these people try to rationalise what they do like they're fucking Robin Hood or something...

If people want to pay $200 for a fashionable, well contructed pair of jeans that will last a mini lifetime then let them. If you want to make your own shitty jeans and sell them at low prices, good for you, just don't stick someone else's hard work and marketing on them and act like you're doing the world a favour.

I wore Diesel long before it was popular or even known in the states, simply because they just fit me better than anything else in late 80's early 90's. Now there are sooo many choices! Washes, cuts, etc. it's heaven.
