UGG sizing- How UGG sizing works

Pleeease help! I know it's been asked before but I have to ask agian... just to make sure.
I'm buying uggs,from what I'm hearing is that you go down one size or maybe 1/2 size?
so I bought these uggs on sheepskinshoes.com and i got the kids size.
The guy that I spoke to from the site said I should downsize from my usual size but if it's a kids size then I should downsize from the usual woman size. ( i dunno if I'm making any sense)

Anywho. for example, If I'm a regular size woman US 7 then I should go down to size 6
but in kids , kids size 5 = woman size 7 so i would have to downsize to a kids size 4 because it would be a woman size 6. I hope I'm making sense.

So can someone please tell me If I'm a size 5 in woman I should down size to kids 2??!!? wth!!! I have small feet!!! haha... Any suggestion??? TIA

size down one, UGGs don't come in half sizes. if you're a 7.5 you should get a 7

pmd u back, so what size are you?

if you're size 5 - get 3 in kids
size 6 - get 4 in kids
size 7 - get 5 in kids

im a 7 and just bought a pair of uggs in kids size 4 and they fit perfect! (without socks)

^ really? that's odd...did it fit perfectly after you broke into them or it fit fine ever since you bought them?
i'm a sz 6 and i got the kid's 4 too

well i actually havent worn them yet....just tried them on and walked around for a lil bit. i didnt have socks, so maybe thats why?? i also bought a pair of womens 7's, they just fit a little more loose.

Agreed. If you order kids size, it's a 2-size difference b/w that and women's. I'm a 6.5/7, and I have a 4.

You should just note that kid sizes are shorter than regular UGGs.

Does anybody know how the Ultra Short fit for size? And they're also about 1 1/2 - 2 inches shorter than regular, aren't they?

I bought a size 5 in woman's two years ago, they were a little snug at first, but after the lining become flat they were perfect. Can anyone tell me if a kids size 3 would fit about the same, or would I have to size up?

i wear 7.5 women's for runners but my uggs are size 5 women's. so i don't know why people say size down 1 size when really you should be sizing down atleast 2!! uggs stretch out after a bit too, so i would say definately size down more than 1. just it's my opinion though

^lol no Sue she's talking about a customer at nordies. They sell adults uggs upstairs and kids downstairs. (we live in the same city=same nordies)

I have ugg shorts in both kids and adults and they measure the same height.

I vary between size 8.5 and 9 and bought the classic talls in 8.

I don't know so much about sizing down 2 but you have to consider about the leg opening as well (calf and such).

I am a size 9 and I got a 7 which are perfect. If your feet are narrow, I'd really recommend sizing down 2 sizes bc UGGs are very wide. My classic tall stretched out a ton.

Since they don't have half sizes, you could safely size down to a 7 (a 6 might be too snug). In most shoes I wear a 9 or 9.5 due to width, and my size 9 Uggs were actually a little big (not unwearable, but loose), but my size 8s fit nice and snugly.

I need to know the same thing, but can someone tell me the sizing of UGG boots that have the kangaroo tag? A lot of people think they may have authentic but may not, I thought I did, but it wasn't and now I am about to get authentic UGGS, it says mens sizes should go down a size, woman's is true to size, the UGGS I am getting are coming from and made in Australia, the ones before, it said authentic, even showed how to look for fake, the site was called UGG boots Australia ,then as I looked in the boot, the tag said in china and US! They were very comfy, but did not fit and I can get the real ones for almost the same cost, so I sent them back. Please anyone with the real tag with the kangaroo, please let me know. Thanks so much!! The UGG boots I thought were real they did run a little big. The UGG boots I'm going to get that are authentic are from UGG Australian made since 1974.

I just bought the new bailey button uggs and I got them in a size 7 but I'm usually a size 6.5 I tried on a size 6 they were a little snug so I just got the 7's cuz they were perfect a little loose but I'm seeing all these posts about down sizing I'm just wondering if I should return them and get the size 6 and just break them in? Idk I'm not sure what to do! Helppppp please!
