you are going to gain the weight back unless you make lifestyle changes
forget what the celebrities do...look at oprah.She is worth billions,has a personal chef,persomal trainer,nutritionist,dietition etc... she is a joke...the reason she doesnt keep the weight off long term,is that she reverts to her old eating habits...classic yo yo dieter
if you cant control the junk food,just dont buy it
