If it has the tag on it, why are they selling it for so low instead of returning it or getting a credit?

they prob got it cheap (outlet or discount) and trying to make a profit on it! one of the bags they are selling has a funny price tag on that i have never seen before....not that im a pro by any means...but i am highly addicted to coach bags...
