DDG does send sales. i spoke with one of the dudes at the store yesterday about this. there was only one pair of the $395 black DG thanaz left in the system when i called. the raw indigo ones are gone in 28 and only one 29 left as of about 6:00pm yesterday. jump on it quick kids.

maybe, denim gallery employees aren't very knowledgeable, but I called the NYC store and the associate said he had no idea what I was talking about, when I asked about the raw thanaz.

It's funny. I think it's pretty common occurance that we visit a Diesel store and know way more about what we're looking for than most of the sales staff.

Recently, when I went to get my Zatiny 8GRs, they didn't even know that they had 'em in stock. It went something like...
ME: "Do you have the new Zatiny 8GRs?"
HIM: "Hold on, let me check out back." (Comes back) "No, looks like we don't have those yet."
ME: "Oh wait, here they are. Right here on the shelf."

It's embarassing - Sometimes I feel like 'Comic Book Guy' asking "Do you have Spiderman #1578A Special Edition with the hologram of The Hobgoblin on the cover?" They're like - Um yeah... they're just fucking jeans you know. Why don't you just buy a pair and shut the hell up?

That doesnt make sense at all since JCD is a regular 28*30. Unless he sizes down in these, that's my question.

All ddg that I own or have ever tried on ran at least one size small/ except ddg 26 which from some inexplicable reason ran a little big and short.

Those are beautiful for sure!!!

I think (hope) Diesel will start trending their entire line in this direction sooner or later... only makes sense. Seems to me that the balance is shifted too heavily twoards run-of-the-mill distressed washes. I also wish that more overdyed washes would make their way twoards the cuts I wear.
