They are super distressed on the back hems.




She CERTAINLY does not mention the nasty hems in her auction, nor does she show them.

Wow, Begonias are DEFINITELY not supposed to look like that! I'd ask for a partial refund so that you can get them hemmed. Good luck!

Yeah she definately should have listed that in the auction! I think you are right, I would ask for the price of a new hem, about $10. Good luck, I hope the seller cooperates!

I would ask for $20 back. She'll try to negotiate with you, I'm sure... but I wouldn't accept less than $15 for sure... you have to go to the trouble of driving them to the seamstress, getting them hemmed, waiting for them to be done, and driving back to get them. She owes you money, and an explanation. I hate ebay!!! Let us know how it works out!

umm...not sure but i've seen my sister's jagger jean...the bottom leg is somewhat like that. since she bought it used ......just curious...i thought this jean was a used pair of jean??? because i was planning to bid on it but it was like over 70 bucks and sill have few hours left..therefore i didn't....Honestly, i'm not sure if you can ask for that muchback since this is not a brandnew jean...condition as is...but try it anyways!! good luck!!!

Yes condition as is... but no mention of (literal) wear and tear. Therefore, item not as described, a violation of ebay policy.

There is no way she could have "worn twice" and end up with hems like that. I'd ask for around $15 to $20 dollars back. Such a tragedy for such nice jeans.

unless seller is 4'9" there's no way that damage came from once or twice wear..

ask for $20.

I love how in the shot where you could have seen the hem damage, the picture cuts it off.

Get at least $20 back for serious.
