Just got these in the mail and wanted to share! There's the 04 pewter hardware black first and also the 07 tomato money wallet. <3

Nice combo!

I was bidding on an 04 Black City today but decided to let it go, I never end up keeping the City bags =P

The wallets are HUGE! My Compagnon was basically a clutch.

How does the Tomato look? I'm really curious to find out how it compares to Rouge Theater, Rouge Vif, and Vermillion in real life.

I'm currently in the process of an elaborate trade in order to get my 03 Holy Grail bag. I can hardly sit still these days

adinh: i saw it on ebay but since the seller is a PF member in England, we did the transaction off ebay

lizlikeshugs: i've never seen the other colors in person but i think that it's brighter than RT & VIF but less orange than vermillion!

And yes, the wallet is a lot bigger than I expected-I can even use it as a clutch!

Can't say in case I jinx it

The Compagnon is bigger than the Money wallet, I finally downsized from the 2 to a Coin Purse but even that is pretty big at 4x6

Well, the bag is absolutely gorgeous and I hope you enjoy it! I'm too scared to buy off of Ebay, too many fakes floating around

There are tons of fakes on Ebay, but they are usually easy to spot.

05 and prior bags tend to be more expensive than 06 and 07 bags unless they are sold out colors like French Blue. I have a feeling Tomato, Violet, and Jaundice will all go for above or close to retail too. The red colors have been doing well on Ebay too.

liz is right; since 04 bags with pewter hardware are harder to come by, I paid more than retail for mine $1300+ (retail $995)

Liz, I saw the tomato at store, and I had my rouge vif with me, so I did compare the difference...they're quite similar, both bright red. The tomato is even brighter and a bit more orangish....I couldn't take pics because the SA already thought I was a weirdo when I called out all the style and color names..... her eyes were like
