Hi there
Plz help me!!! I think I bought FAKE TSUBI jeans. I bought this jeans from ebay ID "sandylai34".
I bought VINTAGE LEAN BEAN (seen in the picture) from Womens Clothing site so I'm sure it is 100% authentic. when I got the jeans I compared the details with my LEAN BEAN's from mycatwalk and the details were sooooo defferent.
I added some picture of "Phoenix Sun" I got from "sandylai34" and my VINTAGE LEAN BEAN. The seller is telling me it is authentic. TSUBI expert plz help me.
Sorry for the BIG picture. Thanks for helping me

Those jeans from sandylai34 look fake to me...

^ Agreed. sandylai34 sells fake TR, Primp and probably all her other stuff is fake too. I can't believe her FB is so good!

I'm no Tsubi expert but I know that if:

* You can scratch off the white paint with your nails..
* There is no intertwined V stitching on the side of the jeans or near the fly, or it looks more like a W..
* They're selling for hella cheap, especially for Tsubi's blue/black denims which can fetch up to $200 for used pairs on eBay..
* The denim feels stiff and smells funny...

= THEY'RE FAKE!

Why don't you contact the seller and tell her why you think her jeans are fake (the differences you pointed out between your MyCatwalk auth. pair and her pair), and file a Significantly Not As Described Dispute if she refuses to refund you? Remember not to fall for the "re-stocking fee etc etc." like I did once. Ask for ALL your money back, or take it up with Paypal if you paid through them.

Of course she'd tell you they're authentic - it's against eBay policy to sell fakes. If the seller refuses to refund, open a Significantly Not As Described dispute and escalate to a claim immediately so she can't empty her Paypal account. Good luck!

Normally yeah, you do have to send the jeans back before you can get a refund but since you got fakes you should insist on getting your full payment back, including postage. Try something along the lines of:

"I understand that I'll have to send the jeans back to you for a refund but I must insist that you refund 100% of the money I sent you. The jeans you sold me are clearly fake! I have bought authentic Tsubis from mycatwalk.com.au and your jeans do not look anything like the real ones I have. The wash is all wrong, the fabric smells and feels cheap, etc. etc. (insert reasons why you think the jeans are fake). You shouldn't be charging me a 'restocking fee' for cheap fakes you probably intend to resell to some other poor ebayer!

Please send a full refund to... (insert your details) as soon as possible otherwise I will have no choice but to take further action with eBay and Paypal.

Sincerely,
(insert name)'

Remember to ship the jeans to the seller via registered post or some other method with tracking so you have proof that you shipped them back. You should also include the reasons why you think the jeans are fake in the Paypal dispute.
