To everyone reading this, this is a seller (MACATTACK)who seems to have a very shady history according to what info was dug up about them, and is posting this comment in retaliation to a thread that was made to warn us of a fake seller.

Lets see this letter please, if you want to make yourself look innocent it would be a good start.

I'm the subject of this libelous, slanderous and totally unfounded post. I was alerted to this post by another user.

My Ebay ID is Babypens99. Take a look at my feedback. After nearly 10K feeback, I have a near perfect FB rating of 99.7%.

There has never been a single person who has accused me of selling fake items through feedback, disputes or emails. The reason for this is because I have never and would never sell a fake item. I'm too honest a person for that. I'm extremely picky about what I sell. I have purchased some items from Ebay for resale in the past, the vast majority of the Bobbi Brown, Clinique, Estee Lauder, MAC items that I do sell either come directly from the source, the Estee Lauder Warehouse sales in Long Island, the Estee Lauder Company Store, or from a specific wholesale liquidator who specializes buying out department store overstock or closeouts.

I can and will gladly send you copies of receipts to prove this. The receipts have all the vital contact info such as name, address and phone number. So you can easily call and verify that they are legitimate. Also, they can confirm that it was me that purchased the items. I can and will locate a few receipts and try to post them here shortly.

There are no "authentication companies" for cosmetics like this person claims. I wish that their were though. The only way to prove something is fake is to send it directly to each of the respected manufacturers. They are the ONLY people that provide letters of authenticity. While you can take items to cosmetic counters, they cannot certify or give any type of letters of authenticity.

Please remove this post and ban the user. If not, please provide me with the IP address of the poster so I can pursue criminal charges against them and get a court order to have the post removed. Fell free to email me if you have any questions or for my contact info.

Dont worry, no one with half a brain would think your selling fakes, this idiot posted in those 2 threads because he was pissed that he was called out for being a scammer.

I have had much dealings with babybens she has great items great prices and all are authentic
