my first pair of White Jeans|Pants (Diesel Potente, from the fashion line i think)

So I pretty much decided not to buy any jeans that's a tone of blue anymore. I have 6 pairs of diesel jeans, and I haven't been able to work in about half the pairs because I don't get to wear to jeans on a daily basis.

My shazors 71b has been a bitch to stretch out, it stretches out great after wearing it two or 3 days in row.. but then if i don't wear it for 1 or 2 weeks, it'll just go back to it's almost original form.

Anyhow,

Today I pass by a pair of Diesel Potente Jeans, or they may be officially pants. I don't know, but definitely from the fashion line. They retail at $350cdn, and they were on sale for 40% off.

I usually avoid white pants at all cost, I'm a very fall colours type of guy, but something about the look of the Potente really impressed me.

But being white, I didn't want to buy them on impulse, and I left.

I decided to come back the next day and try them on. and I wasn't going to buy them, but since i came out to see them again, i decided just to try it on. I was very impressed on how they fit, and actually looked nicer than I thought they would.

Very comfortable, very soft, nice material.

I'm going to show me wearing them soon, i just need to be less lazy.

*Unrelated* is it just me, or am I the only really addicted to album BOXER by the National? The last 3 months, I've been playing it non-stop. I loved their last album, but something about boxer that always makes me want to listen to it.

anyhow, i'll go take photos now.

yeah, the front is pretty low rise.. you can see my love trail haha the back is fine. I'll take measurments soon.

I have them on now, and I'll take a picture, but i have no idea what shoes go with white pants..

I am just wearing a black tshirt and black shoes for now, if anyone else has suggestions for other colours, it'd be much appreciated.

back soon.

okay, took a picture, with a wysiwyg mirror.

It may not seem so from the photos, but I definitely need to hem them about 2inches. every pair of shoes i tried on, it just bunched up terribly. very annoying.

These are 28w, i believe it's a 32L. I usually only ever wear 30L

okay,

front rise is about 8.75"
back rise is about 13"
front inseam is about 31"
back inseam is about 32"

it's pretty much a straight leg.

How do I get this hemmed now? i need to lose an inch at the front, do i just lose 2 at the back, and even it out?

Thanks SFAM, and stronger. Yeah people i showed it to so far likes them too. So I think I may keep them. I have another 9 days to decide if i am going to keep them.

I found them at Winners (canadian outlet store), and they didn't have any other ones there.

I don't think you can find them online anymore. At this point, it'd only be on clearance at Diesel stores, or at the diesel outlets 6 months from now.

hey again,

yeah, they are about my zathan size, but keep in mind i my last pair of zathans were from the F/W 2005.

They are 99% cotton, 1% spandex.

Hey, it's no problem nonsisa... I am still surprised i even found a 28w at an outlet store. The official canadian diesel retail outlet (holt renfrew) never had them.

I wonder if these come in black too?

Just saw this thread for the Potente too- these were featured in a few of their adverts that season.

The pair I got were a sample pair with some slightly different details, like red beads on the zipper pull
