I know at least part of why I feel like crap...the weekend partying, but the crap feeling seems to be excessive in proportion to the partying. I mean, it is Tuesday evening and I still feel awful.
Basically, I spent the weekend drinking, not sleeping and not really eating.
I have certainly allowed myself plenty of sleep. I have been trying to eat, but every time I do, I just feel really sick, not hungover sick, just, all-over unwell.
I am as cranky as a teething baby and so scatter-brained I am afraid to send my clients emails for fear they won't make any sense.
I need to get better pronto because I am getting behind in my work.
What to do, almighty health gurus? I need to go to the grocery store, but I can't even think of what to buy to sooth my angry body.
