#1 This one looks good, but the Chanel stamp does not match the color of the hardware?

eBay: AUTHENTIC CHANEL Beige Leather Classic bag purse NEW (item 150119212275 end time Jun-02-07 19:08:11 PDT)

#2 This one looks good, as well; however, there are only seven digits (not eight) and the zipper pull is leather?

eBay: AUTHENTIC CHANEL Gold Camellia Straw bag purse NEW (item 150119212979 end time Jun-02-07 19:10:39 PDT)

#3 I haven't heard back from the sellers on these two (for addt'l pic's), so maybe someone can at least authenticate the sellers?

eBay: Chanel Black Leather Shoulder Bag Handbag Purse/Vintage (item 330119793050 end time May-23-07 22:48:14 PDT)

eBay: Auth Chanel SIGNATURE HOBO Shoulder Bag Purse NEW STYLE (item 160119008526 end time May-30-07 01:46:04 PDT)

I need a bag ASAP, so I appreciate any help w/these!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

they all look good IMO, but I'm no expert on vintage/those styles.

Yup...they're real..


#1 the label has CHANEL embossed in the leather and it does match with the interior lining, so it's good.

#2 - the 8-digits serial number is for circa 2005 and beyond. Interior zipper pull can be either leather or metal. That's a really cute purse BTW

highfashionx-- you probably won't hear back from them If I remembered correctly, there's mix thought on them. they do relist their purses often.

citygirl33--I have a feeling she's not always truthful with her item description (condition, mothball smell).
if it were me, I'd stick with the 1st seller.
BTW, did you know there's a lovely black Chanel for sale in HM?

Yes, it drives me crazy when a seller won't get back w/me w/addt'l pic's and/or information. You'd think they would be more helpful, especially when dealing w/vintage bags - ugh!

Yep, I love #2, there is just something about it. I did see the the black Chanel in HM; however, just the day before, I purchased a georgeous vintage Dior from Ann's Fabulous Finds ~ she is wonderful to deal with and oh-so helpful.
