Hey i just wanted to post some side by side comparison pics of the Zathan 82m and Zatiny 8fc as ive read several posts of how people think the washes are similar..you be the judge..granted im not the best at taking pictures so these will have to do..

They look quite similar if you ask me, just without the streaking.

The blue looks pretty much the same ....

Great pics Duc, these make me actually think about picking up a pair

yeah the 8fc is a bit darker and without all the streaking and the fading on the 82m is alot more pronounced on the 82m than 8fc...

the distressing on the 8fc looks more refined. also the denim looks slubbier. both, however, are 180 proof sex.

what's retail on the Zatiny 8fc?

How does Zatiny 8FC sizing compare to zathan? Is it like the newer zathans (bigger size), or the older ones (tighter)?

well, it is a stretch wash, so id plan to size down regardless - i understand what youre asking, but cannot help you there

82m owns 8fc in that pic

They both look different but sexy nonetheless.

Whats the lab on your 82M?

8fc actually takes a huge dump all over 82M in my opinion.
i always though the 82M lap distressing was kind of overdone..and the 8fc back pockets are 10 x better than 82M's too..

different strokes i guess..

Comparing the two solely on the frequencies of light that they reflect is a superficial method of comparison. The touch and feel of the denim, the weight, the cut, the composition, and the weave are all also important. It's obvious that they're similar colors but that alone does not a similarity make.

^very valid points Ben..i was just doing a comparison solely based on the washes as people have stated they are similiar..I could have went further into details on the texture, fit, weight but i just wanted to get opinions on just based on the wash...

I like the look of the zatinys better... I am not a fan of stretch deim though

so Ben, which one wins?

I still like the 82m and it will always hold a special place in my heart. The details are a little better and the denim is probably nicer, even though I haven't seen the 8fc in person. The 8fc IS really nice though, and it's stretch which I love.
