Oh, I agree that the jeans are definitely authentic. I just don't believe they are the first quality crystal foam crowns that the auction claims them to be.

How do I return jeans to a seller who is unwilling to accept my return? Should I file an item not as described complaint through eBay? Or should I file a claim through PayPal?

You know it is very funny i sell all authentic items and still get accused of selling whatever i guess HILARY doesn't know fakes from authentic and it is okay with me but please do not start saying stupid things and accusing ME of placing crystals on these jeans i do not have time for this nonsense i run a business and wouldn't even bother waiting my time on such a thing like placing crystals on the pockets.. This is 2 much

I never once claimed these weren't authentic. They just aren't the first quality crystal foam crowns you claim them to be.

No one is saying that the jeans are not authentic. They're definitely authentic. However, they are authentic IRREGULAR crown jeans.

Since it seems that the seller is unwilling to provide his buyers with quality customer service, I have filed an "Item Significantly Not as Described" claim through PayPal. I will also be filing one through eBay when the 10 day waiting period from the date of sale has run out.

If that is unsuccessful, I will be filing a chargeback with my credit card company. One way or another, I'm sure I will get the refund I so nicely requested in the first place.

crystals on the embroideries no offence... but I think its really ugly, and you shouldnt have to keep them especially you spent a fortune on those jeans!!!

I am even doubting if they are actually Foam, the colour of the crown is significantlly different than the ones you have. imo it looks like white crown with blue tint. also, the Wash is totally wrong tooo!!!

and yess!!! you NEVER said they are unauthentic, I hope someone can reread the posts, and stop doubting your skills of identifying fakes from authentics.

and I believe we are part of HONEST forum, for those who are dishonest, I dont think you belong here....

They're not the white with blue tint as I also have a pair of those for resale. These are a light aqua color, and they have the iridescent threading like the foams (and other styles, like the pink crowns) do. I believe they are a sample pair, perhaps the color Garbi or something?

P.S. If anyone has a pair of foams they'd like to hook me up with, I am still looking and obviously can pay good money for them!

No offense to the seller but those Crowns are gross and I would want my money back. The color is way off but most importantly to me, the crystals are glued over embroidery when they're not supposed to have crystals. I would be majorly bummed and would definitely as for a refund.

It would be different if the seller learned his lesson from selling irregular or not first quality stuff and did his best to describe stuff but he isnt. I hate for people to not know this stuff based on feedback cause most people are scared to leave correct feedback. I hope when people search for his username they will see that they should buy items with a buying id only so feedback can be left with out worrying about effect it will have them.


I bought from his before all this happened and he bugged me twice a day to leave feedback so I am sure people leave it before looking at items

I would like to quote everything he has said so he can't go and edit it later, except I'm not sure how to. I would also like to keep this thread bumped at the top of the forum so everyone who has considered doing business with him has a chance to read it.

In the first email I sent him expressing my concern for the jeans, I mentioned I was an HF member. He shouldn't be surprised that this is happening right now.

Hilary, the pictures in his listing really did show that the crystals were sloppily placed. You should have taken notice of that but I guess you were in a hurry to make an offer before somebody snatched them I understand. But igotthat777 SHOULDN'T HAVE called them foam when they are clearly not... Also you once told me that you work with a distributor that deals with Saks, Neiman Marcus and such...with that being said, you don't sell Irr. I really trusted you too. Now that I read this post, it doesn't seem like you told me the truth.
Igotthat777, I think you should just refund because it seems everybody is siding with Hilary. You will feel less welcome here if everybody has something negative to say about you.
