Just to clear this up I really didnt want this to turn into fighting. Poster asked for opinions and I gave hers links to issues others had . Somehow my spelling skills offended him and here we are I bet if we had a hf spelling bee I would still win though

I told the HILARY i would refund her and it is finished
next 10 customers off this thread in my store get 25% off if they mention this thread
and that is to show to people that i am honest and i dont care about a few dollars and i will loose money just to prove my point because $$$ ain't evrything

NYC - you've shown your true colors. As a member, you should know how important quality is to this forum. I don't think you give a damn, as long as you sell your jeans.

You state that your items are top-quality. Ummm...you have a bunch of uncrystallized crowns that were meant to be crystallized - THOSE are irregular jeans

You also have a bunch of R&R's that have runs, pulls, etc....again, IRREGULARS. If you were truly an ethical seller, you would point out the flaws. I don't see any mention of any flaws in your auctions.

You were called out and you responded with complete immaturity. Furthermore, you started attacking other HF members.

You realize that you just screwed yourself, right?

WHY???? Is this not being locked? Hilary is getting her refund...

Tiff is getting slandered. I don't think Tiff should have to be her defending herself and the seller here has offered the refund so what more is now wanted from him???

He has been 'called out' he has given in the (reasonable) demand for a refund...he has been insulted enough now as all his sins against buyers have been discussed....

there is nowhere left to take this thread?

You just hating on me because your advise with paypal did not work. I am a businessman that's why i was not scared to go on with a dispute and I waited 45 days and got my money back. You girls sit here and just think that you can threat people with charge backs. Paypal will not be giving money back because the crown off the center by half an inch (LOLOLOLOL) or because crystals are not sitting on the right place. I will give her a refund but you hate the fact that you thought I will get screwed for my money.
IF I WAS NOT HONEST I WOULD NOT REFUND AND I AM REFUNDING HER BECOUSE I CAN RESELL THEM IT IS NOT A PROBLEM SO PLEASE STOP ARGUING

Off centre crowns look shit. So do misplaced crystals..... PP should not have to refund these... you should not ssell them as first quality
